I'm having trouble with what I guess are converted fonts, Arial, Times, etc. The fonts Luxiserif, and Luxisans display just right. Everything prints out just fine, but I find it hard to edit documents not knowing. I'm not sure if this is related to antialiasing, but I'm having trouble seeing if text is bold or italics on the screen display.
